About this Series

The Lumen Series is an exploration in the emotional impact of colour, light, and motion.  Lumen, is taken from the name of a unit of physics used to measure luminous flux, or the “power of light”.  This series is a selection of works dating from the mid-1980s to the 2010’s that Wolfond hopes will create a positive energy and a sense of hope.
