Dating from the 1990s and inspired by the kaleidoscope, Wolfond borrowed ideas of compact space and revolving geometric division for this series of paintings. The artist continues her investigations in colour and light while simultaneously exploring rhythm and repetition resulting in gently hypnotic paintings.
